Adventures of Biffy

Off we went to Addenbrookes hospital again in Cambridge, Ronnie remembered me this time so I could go with him. We slept on the to the hospital as its quite far away from where we live. Today was very important for Ronnie as we got to see his neurosurgeon and see his MRI scans. Everything was very good reason and Ronnie is doing great, Dr Jalloh even held me and said that he liked me. We had brought some more Biffy teddies just like me for Dr Jalloh to give out to other children that have Spina Bifida to give them comfort and support. Dr Jalloh was very happy to do this. After the appointment we then went to have some lunch before driving the long journey home again in time to pick up Ronnies Sister Isla from school. Bye Bye everyone xx

Biffy and Ronnie went out for a nice winters walk today to get some fresh air and see some wildlife. It was very cold so Biffy was wrapped up in the blanket with Ronnie as he can only wear a t-shirt. On the walk around we see many animals but our favourite was seeing the little robin. Ronnie then had a little sleep but I was still wide awake looking around while Ronnies mummy was pushing us around. Eventually we went home and got nice and warm whilst watching so TV. I was very tired after looking around the country park so it was my time to sleep for a little while. See you all again soon, Biffy xx

It was Biffy's first time taking part in Christmas and getting into the festive mood. He loved the lights and getting down to touch the decorations. Poplar Nurseries is a beautiful place and something that we have been visiting with the girls for years. Ronnie had a chance to visit the place for himself. It is too bad you can't get to see Santa anymore. This has been stopped over the last few years as a result of COVID. Unfortunately, all the children will have to miss seeing him. You can book a time to meet him while you have breakfast!

Biffy and Ronnie went on their first mini holiday together. They went to Hopton Holiday Village for the weekend and enjoyed lots of fun and adventures together. They enjoyed having lots of laughter with all the family and enjoyed swimming. Although biffy stayed dry as he didn't bring his costume hahahaha. Ronnie had lots of fun splashing around and playing with his sisters. Then Ronnie and Biffy had a lovely sleep and rest before eventually coming home. Fun was had by all !! xx

Today biffy went on a Halloween trail around Hollow Tree Farm. We see lots of animals although the chickens and turkeys are kept in because of the bird flu. We all had lots of spooky fun walking through a dark cabin with scary music. We then had a good play on all the other activities available at the farm, swinging on the rope from a tree and then going for a ride around on a tractor. After all this fun we then sat and had a nice coffee and some lunch before going for another walk. Biffy then wanted a picture in front of this scary haystack. Biffy went out today with Ronnie to his first meal with all the family. He enjoyed a little carvery as well when nobody was looking but had to keep his white t-shirt nice and clean. Ronnie done well with his dinner as well. Biffy then had a very nice long nap after being full up from his dinner and enjoyed the rest of the day asleep. 

Biffy had his first outing today with Ronnie taking Isla to school for her first day back. He enjoyed his trip in the pushchair with Ronnie watching Isla skip along to school. Biffy really enjoyed his first day out with many more to come.
