Returns and Shipping



Our quality control process ensures every garment leaves our workshop in fantastic condition.

In the rare event your order arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, please contact our customer care team within seven days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

You can do this by contacting Spina Warrior's via the contact form or direct by email:

Returns are accepted on damaged garments or misprints and Spina Warrior's will cover the cost of return postage before issuing a replacement or refund.



As all orders are printed on demand and customised to order, we cannot accept returns. Orders typically cannot be amended once placed, as production begins straight away. 



If the incorrect address is provided at checkout and your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept any responsibility. If the item is undeliverable, the order will be returned to our customer service centre. You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs once you provide the correct delivery address.





Production time is 1-5 working days. This does not include the day that your order is placed. Delivery times can be found below.

All shipments to the EU may now be subject to customs fees and duty upon entry. These fees may vary and are the customer's responsibility. Please consider this before making your purchase.

Additionally, shipping companies are experiencing a complicated period as the UK leaves the EU, and due to the covid-19 pandemic. Delays are possible on both domestic and international deliveries.

We use biodegradable mailing bags or recyclable cardboard boxes to send all of our products. Some products such as mugs will be packaged with plastic bubble wrap for protection during transit.
